We are happy to start accepting Snowbird Rentals. With that said, as with everything we do, this was thought about thoroughly!

Snowbird rentals will be on a 28 night period. A new lease will be signed every 28 days and will require weekly linen and towel change out 3 times during your stay (once a week). Mini-Snowbird rentals will be 21 nights only and linen and towel change out 2 times during your stay (once a week).

All Snowbird and Mini-Snowbird reservations will require 25% down payment and 25% due 60 days before check in with 25% of the reservation being NON-REFUNDABLE. Full payment (remaining 50%) is due 30 days before your check in date. Any cancellation after the final payment date is non-refundable. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND TRIP INSURANCE!!!

All prices include cleaning fees, taxes, and $200 Refundable Damage Deposit. Our Snowbird and Mini-Snowbird contract, Sunrise Village Property Rules, and BBQ Grill Rules are required to be signed for each 28 night period and for all Mini-snowbird rentals.

How it works:

Let's use a couple dates as an example. Check In November 1st for a snowbird rental and you wish to stay for THREE 28 night periods:

      October 2nd - Final payment due for check in on November 1st

      October 30th - Final Payment due for 2nd 28 night stay

      Check In Friday, November 1st, 2024

            Friday, November 8th - Linen and Towel Exchange

            Friday, November 15th - Linen and Towel Exchange

            Friday, November 22nd - Linen and Towel Exchange

      November 27th - Final Payment Due for 3rd 28 Night Stay

      Friday, November 29th - 2nd 28 night stay starts and Linen and Towel Exchange

            Friday, December 6th - Linen and Towel Exchange

            Friday, December 13th - Linen and Towel Exchange

            Friday, December 20th - Linen and Towel Exchange

      Friday, December 27th - 3rd 28 night stay starts and Linen and Towel Exchange

            Friday, January 3rd - Linen and Towel Exchange

            Friday, January 10th - Linen and Towel Exchange

            Friday, January 17th - Linen and Towel Exchange

      Friday, January 24th 10 am check out

Each reservation will have a $200 Refundable Damage Deposit with it. Each $200 Refundable Damage Deposit will be refunded within 5-7 BUSINESS Days of each 28 night contract ending.
